Due to the nature of consulting services, all fees are strictly non-refundable once the service has been initiated, delivered, or any work has commenced.
Eligibility for Refunds

- The service has not yet been started
- A duplicate payment was made in error
Cancellation Policy
Clients may request to cancel a service before work has commenced. Once the service has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
